Artis Solomon
Artis Solomon is a fashion education agency founded by Kimberly Jenkins, providing research, advisory services, and educational resources exploring the history and cultural significance of fashion.
logo design (2021, 2024)
I designed the original logo in 2021. “Artis” and “Solomon” were influential relatives of the client, Kimberly Jenkins. The different font and style (sans serif vs serif) reflects the different backgrounds of Artis and Solomon.
In 2024, the client asked for an updated look of the logo, one that reflects the fashion background and scope of work that Artis Solomon does. This time, we decided to intertwine the two “S” between “Artis” and “Solomon.” A monogram was also created for the brand in keeping with the fashion house tradition.
Website dEsign (2021)
In 2021, whilst simultaneously working on the logo, I designed the Artis Solomon website. It was a WordPress site with an Elementor builder.
The images were both supplied by the client and sourced by me from stock sites.
The copy was supplied by the client.
